Yes, you may obtain a Visa or MasterCard with a credit ceiling of 90% of the deposit value with a maximum amount of $10,000. This credit card will be canceled upon the withdrawal of the deposit. Credit cards are exempted from issuance fees only during the first year.

If the depositor wishes to withdraw all or part of the deposit at any time prior to the maturity date, he/she will not lose interest on the withdrawn amount, and the interest rate is recalculated based on the regular time deposit segments announced to the public at the time the deposit was held or upon its date of maturity, whichever is less.
The depositor acknowledges that the rates of interest declared in the bank as of the date of signing the application vary according to the global interest rates and the rates of the local market. The bank shall be bound to the rate of interest agreed upon at the time of the deposit assessment only, and upon renewal or re-assessing the deposit, another interest rate shall be agreed upon according to the rates declared at the time.
