Bank of Palestine donated a Toyota car to The Right to Live Association, in order to facilitate the Association's procedures and help them in developing their business and to facilitate their tasks of supporting children with autism and Down syndrome. This donation is due to the Bank's social responsibility and is in line with its vision regarding the importance of supporting the institutions that serve the Palestinian society, and contributes in alleviating the difficult conditions that our people go through.
The car was delivered in Bank of Palestine's General Management Office in Gaza, as Mr. Alaa Al Redwan, Deputy General Manager of Bank of Palestine, hosted the Chairman and Board of Directors' members of The Right to Live Association. During the meeting, Mr. Redwan explained that the mutual collaboration between the Bank and the Association had great and distinctive results for the Association over the years. He added the Bank continuously seeks to achieve its noble mission towards all Palestinian people, and contributes to support development sectors and projects in the fields of education, youth and innovation, health and environment, sports, culture and art, women empowerment and various aid and humanitarian endeavors. He indicated that the Bank allocates 6% of its annual net profit for social responsibility programs.
Mrs. A'adaleh Abu Madeen, President of The Right to Live Association, expressed her deep appreciation to Bank of Palestine and its management for their continuous and unlimited role in supporting the Association and its beneficiaries, through financial and moral support on annual basis. She explained that Bank of Palestine is the first institution that provides support to all segments of the Palestinian people. She also provided a plaque and a certificate to thank the management of the Bank for their efforts in supporting the Palestinian society.
