Bank of Palestine organized an introductory meeting for women entrepreneurs in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip with the Palestine entrepreneur Lama Bazar, who resides in the United Arab Emirates and was ranked 25th by Forbes Magazine as one of the best business women in the Middle East; Lama is the founder and CEO of Nstyle International, which is specialized in cosmetics and personal care.
The meeting was recently held in Bank of Palestine's General Management Head Office in Ramallah with video conferencing with the General Management Office in Gaza.
More than 20 Palestinian women entrepreneurs who work in various fields of fashion design, embroidery, jewelry, and cosmetics, participated in the meeting; the meeting aimed to connect the women entrepreneurs with Mrs. Lama, in order to help them promote their work in the United Arab Emirates, in which this will greatly contribute in advancing the Palestinian entrepreneurial projects, and enable them to benefit from the unique success stories and the businesses that achieved significant success around the world.
This meeting is in line with the Bank’s vision to empower women, and open their horizon for comprehensive economic relationships abroad, in addition to connecting them with institutions and individuals with expertise and were able to achieve success stories in Palestine, the Arab region and the world; this will reflect in the future of the Palestinian women’s management to their businesses, and their ability to market and promote their products in extended markets inside and outside of Palestine.
