Bank of Palestine and Businessmen Association holds a workshop in Gaza to discuss methods for collaboration and ensuring best performance of projects
Businessmen Association and Bank of Palestine held a workshop in Gaza Strip to discuss methods for joint collaboration and overcoming obstacles that hinder the work of various projects; the workshop also aimed to discuss the businessmen’s demands, respond to their questions and resolve their problems, to ensure better performance in their businesses and projects.
The workshop was held in Roots Hotel on the beach in Gaza, in participation of Mr. Alaa Al Redwan, Bank of Palestine’s Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Tayseer Safadi, Businessmen Association’s Vice President, in addition to a number of Bank of Palestine’s Department and Division Heads and in the presence of a group of business leaders in Gaza Strip.
Bank of Palestine’s Deputy General Manager welcomed the attendees, stressing the need for continuous communication between the Association’s members and the Bank, to be informed about the Bank’s latest activities, offers and facilitations for major customers; Al Redwan expressed willingness to overcome all obstacles for receiving the Bank’s services and facilitations by merchants and businessmen.
On Behalf of Mr. Ali Hayek, Businessmen Association’s Chairman, Engineer Radwan Murtaja, Businessmen Association’s Secretary, thanked Bank of Palestine for organizing such meetings, hoping for more meetings to be held, in order to discuss all aspects of interest for businessmen in Gaza, and work for more procedures and facilitations to advance their banking transactions, in order to improve their work performance.
The Bank’s Department and Division Heads presented the Bank’s services, promotional campaigns, facilitations and financial transactions, in addition to services provided PalPay® and Al-Wasta Securities Co. and their role in serving businessmen. 
At the workshop’s conclusion, the Association’s members presented several proposals for the Bank’s consideration and agreed to hold more meetings on a regular basis between the Bank and the Association’s members to inform them about the Bank’s services and offers and receive proposals provided by the businessmen.
