Bank of Palestine visits Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza and discusses methods for joint collaboration
Bank of Palestine, represented by Mr. Alaa Al Redwan, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Wael Sorani, Assistant General Manager, Mr. Imad Ghalayini, Manager of Remal Branch and Mr. Khaldoun Abu Salim, Head of Public Relations, visited Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza governorate and were welcomed by Mr. Walid Husary, the Chamber’s President, and Board of Directors, where they discussed methods for joint collaboration and the economic conditions in Gaza Strip.
In the beginning of the meeting, members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza welcomed the visitors; Mr. Walid Husary, President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza governorate, valued the efforts by Bank of Palestine in supporting economic projects in Gaza Strip, which reflects on growth, economic stimulation and service to the Palestine people; Husary emphasized on the need for constant communication between Chamber of Commerce and the Bank, for the benefit of everyone.
Mr. Naser Helou, Vice President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza governorate, also praised the Bank’s performance throughout the past years and its support to the Palestinian society through its social responsibility contributions and easing the suffering of the Palestinian society. He indicated that the Bank proved itself and elevated its work to the national sense with its responsibility and giving, as known and witnessed by the Palestinian society. He congratulated the Bank on its achievements indicating that the Bank is capable to challenge the current difficult conditions.
Mr. Alaa Al Redwan thanked and expressed his gratitude to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza for hosting them; he confirmed during the meeting on the necessity to connect the work of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gaza and form an internal team, as it is important to create a good relationship between the Bank and the merchant, as the merchant represents the infrastructure of the Bank.

He concluded the meeting by agreeing to continue with more meetings to resolve any problems or difficulties that the customers, particularly the merchants, face; it is worthy to note that Bank of Palestine owns the largest banking network in Palestine, with 54 branches and offices and more than 120 ATMs present in all Palestinian governorates.
