Bank of Palestine opens an office for the provision of banking services at the premises of the Ministry of National Economy in Ramallah

Bank of Palestine recently opened a service office at the Ministry of National Economy in Ramallah with an aim to provide banking services and directly facilitate the transactions and due payments of business owners who approach the said ministry.

This step stems from the efforts conducted by Bank of Palestine and the Ministry of National Economy to provide direct services to business people and citizens who approach the ministry to complete their transactions and make the necessary payments in-house instead of being forced to head to a bank branch outside the ministry’s premises.

During a press conference, the ministry called upon its citizens to benefit from the newly opened facility, which aims to provide financial facilitations and services to those who approach the governmental complex to complete their transactions. The new service will not only facilitate procedures but also accelerate processing time.

Mr. Rushdi Ghalayini, the General Director of Bank of Palestine, stated that the opening of this new office stems from the bank’s expansion policy in all areas and governmental and nongovernmental service centers to provide its banking and financial services to all sectors in society. Ghalayini commended the role played by the Ministry of National Economy and its Ministry HE Mr. Khaled Osaily for supporting the opening of this office, which aims to facilitate processes for citizens and save them time.
