Islamic University graduate Asma Abu Mazeed from Gaza extended her gratitude and appreciation to Bank of Palestine and its General Manager Mr Hashim Al-Shawa for granting her a scholarship through the Higher Education Scholarship for Palestine and (HESPAL) Program in cooperation with the British Council. Abu Mazeed has recently completed her undergraduate studies in Human Resources at London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK which is considered the second best university in the UK and the first in London.
Abu Mazeed passed all the tests and interviews required for obtaining the scholarship to study at London School of Economics through HESPAL Program. She graduated from the Islamic University with an average of 96.3 majoring in Business Administration.
For his part, Bank of Palestine Deputy General Manager Mr Ala Radwan stated that the bank will continue to support outstanding students and help them pursue their higher studies at the best universities in the world. Mr Radwan handed over a special gift from Bank of Palestine to Abu Mazeed after she visited Bank of Palestine HQ in Gaza upon completing her studies and returning from the UK.
