Sponsored by BoP .... The National Exhibition of Home Furnishings and Accessories Was Opened in Gaza

The exhibition, organized by the Palestinian Federation of Industries, the Federation of wood, and the Palestine Trade Center “Paltrade”, was opened with the participation of 20 companies working in furniture and home accessories in the hall of Chalets Resort in Gaza City.
 

The exhibition lasted three days with the cooperation of the Private Sector Development Project implemented by the German Development Cooperation Foundation (GIZ), supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and sponsored by Bank of Palestine plc.

The exhibition contained different industries; e.g., office furniture, household furniture, children’s rooms, bedrooms, and other industries.

The exhibition witnessed a tremendous response from the public especially that there was a set of modern furniture models which should have been exported but the Israeli siege prevented this economic progress.

Mr. Khaldun Abu Saleem, P. R. & Marketing Officer of BoP, said that the aim of this exhibition is to support s our national industries.
