For the ninth consecutive year, BOP was awarded from JP Morgan the Quality Recognition Award for Outstanding Achievement of 2009-2010 Best-in-class STP Rates for its fast, accurate, and mistake free clearing operations.
Mr. Khaldoun Abu Salim, Public Relations Officer of BoP, received the award at JP Morgan Office in Cairo from Mr. Mustafa Sahn, JP Morgan Office Manager for the Middle East & North Africa.
Mr. Sahn noted that BoP was not awarded the Quality Recognition Award by chance but due the relentless efforts of its working staff and its wise management .
Mr. Amir Shaat, Head of Foreign Relation Department of BoP, added that BoP was also awarded a quality recognition award from Deutsch Bank in Germany for implementing the highest quality standards in its accurate & mistake free EURO banking transactions through SWIFT. Additionally, the Bank received last year a quality recognition award from Commerz Bank.
