Payment through PoS machines has become faster and more enjoyable without the need to present Visa cards, whether you are shopping locally or while traveling.

  • You can effortlessly manage the selection of your used cards through our banking application.
  • You can easily choose and switch between your cards and link them using our banking application.

Choose the payment method that suits you:

Make sure to activate the NFC feature on your mobile before making a payment at the POS machine.

With or without internet on your mobile:

1- After the merchant enters the purchase amount, unlock your mobile and bring it close to the PoS machine. Within a few seconds, the amount will be deducted directly, and a notification of the transaction will be sent, displaying a successful payment message on the merchant's machine.

2- If this process takes more than 60 seconds, bring your mobile close to the POS machine again. You will be prompted to enter your fingerprint or mobile PIN. After that, bring the mobile close to the PoS machine again to complete the payment process by deducting the amount directly. A notification of the transaction will be sent, displaying a successful payment message on the merchant's machine.

 

Through my bank application (Internet connectivity on your mobile is required):

1- After logging into the bank application, select the card service, and press the Bank-e Pay button for the card.

2- Enter your mobile's fingerprint or PIN code to authenticate the payment process.

3- Bring your mobile close to the PoS machine.

4- The amount will be deducted immediately, and a successful payment message will be displayed on both the bank application and the merchant's PoS machine.

If this process takes more than 60 seconds, bring your mobile close to the POS machine again. You will be prompted to enter your fingerprint or mobile PIN. After that, bring the mobile close to the PoS machine again to complete the payment process by deducting the amount directly. Simple steps to link your card to Bank-e Pay Service

  • Access the card service through the main screen of our banking application.
  • Accept the terms and conditions.
  • Press the 'Add to Bank-e Pay' button.
  • Select the card you wish to add.

Conditions for Using the Service

Download and activate the bank application “Bank-e”.

Possess at least one active account and at least one active card.

The service is available only on Android devices that support Near Field Communication (NFC) with a version not less than 7.
