Advantages
The program offers favorable conditions, which include the following
- the applicant for the loan must be a Palestinian resident of Jerusalem and own a project within the city.
- The loan applicant should be the owner of the project or holds at least 51% of the project and personally manage it for a minimum duration of one year.
- The project should have been operational for at least one year within the city of Jerusalem and officially registered with the relevant authorities or the Chamber of Commerce in the Jerusalem Governorate.
- The loan applicant should provide evidence of the existence of the established project.
- the applicant for the loan age should not be less than 22 years old.
Required documents
- A copy of the applicant's ID and copies of the guarantors' IDs.
- A price quotation for the goods or equipment intended to be purchased.
- 3.rental contracts, if applicable.
- Proof of occupation and evidence of an existing project within Jerusalem City.
