BoP Celebrates the Opening of Its 41st Branch

Bank of Palestine has opened a new branch in Tarqumiya -Hebron. With the opening of this branch, the number of the Bank’s branches has become 41 branches and sub-branch spread allover the country. Mr. Hashim Shawa, Chairman & General Manager of BoP, declared that the Bank is planning to open another 15 new branches during the next two years.

BoP celebrated the opening with the presence of Dr. Jihad Al Wazer, Governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority, Dr. Hussein Al Araj, Governor of Hebron, Mr. Mohammed Al Ja`afrah, Mayor of Tarqumiya, and Mr. Maouya Qawasmi, Manager of Hebron Branch, along with a large number of businessmen and bankers.

Mr. Shawa pointed out that the opening of this branch comes with the Bank’s expansion plan by which it aims to deliver its banking services for the customers wherever they are.
