Bank of Palestine celebrated the opening of its new branch in Ya'bad -Jenin with the presence of Dr. Jihad Alwazer, Governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority, Mr. Hashim Shawa, Chairman and General Manager of BoP, Rushdi Al Ghalayini, Deputy General Manager of BoP, Mr. Hani Nasser, Assistant General Manager, Mr. Tawfiq Badarna, member of the Municipal Council of Ya'bad, besides a large number of bankers and businessmen.
In his welcoming speech, Mr. Shawa thanked the presence and said that the main goal of opening this branch was to deliver the bank’s services for all residents wherever they are.
Mr. Shawa added that Bank of Palestine took it upon itself to play a major role in building and strengthening the Palestinian national economy. Since it was opened, the bank has achieved many successes in all directions, notably the introduction of the best programs and banking and technical services to Palestine, all the privilege goes to the late Dr. Hani Shawa who worked very hard and determined to expand and develop the Bank in all aspects .
