A delegation from Bank of Palestine, headed by Mr. Rushdi Ghalayini, the General Director of BoP, visited the Agro Industrial Zone in Jericho, and met with investors and project and factory owners in the area. The delegation noted the needs of these investors and project and factory owners for banking services, and discussed means and methods to promote relations with them. The meeting was held in the presence of Mr. Bassam Walweel, the Chairman of the Jericho Agro Industrial Park Company.
The aim of the meeting was to promote relations with investors in the Jericho Agro Industrial Zone, and inspect the work progress in the area in order to find ways to provide the support needed to achieve the set goals. During their visit to the projects and factories in the industrial zone, the delegation discussed future plans and development stages.
It is important to mention that Bank of Palestine opened a banking office in the industrial city in 2017 with an aim to provide banking services to customers and project owners in the area.
