PALPAY was launched by BOP in 2010 (the largest banking network in Palestine) and PCNC Solutions after ten years of diligent work to develop a modern e-payment system with the aim of providing customers in Palestine innovative e-payment and top-up solutions. Through PALPAY customers will be able to recharge their mobile phones, pay their landline, internet and electricity bills, and buy prepaid cards, repay loans, collect money from merchants, and pay government dues online.

The new services will be announced during the next few months. PALPAY will also take part in the exhibition next year.
