Out of its social responsibility, Bop exclusively sponsored Athletics Championship for girls with special needs under the supervision of the Paralympics Committee.
The championship took place on Thursday, September 29, 2011 in Palestine Stadium with the participation of a large number of disabled girls.
This sponsorship comes out from the banks national sensibility, and his strong belief of the necessity of supporting such categories. During the championship, there was a big competition that varied from discus, javelin, and running.
At the end of the championship, the winners were crowned and presented trophies and medals by Mr. Walid Ayoub, Vice President of Olympic Committee, Mr. Nahid Eid, Paralympics Committee Member, and Mr. Khaldoun Abu Saleem, P.R. & Marketing Officer of BoP.
Mr. Ayoub expressed his deep gratitude for Bop for his exclusive sponsorship, assuring that this sponsorship is just the tip of the iceberg of BoP’s society development endeavors.
